This groundbreaking project operates under a unique “public built, private operate” model. Our distillery will be built on an 1,800-square-meter plot of land in the scenic town of Higashikawa, surrounded by beautiful nature. Construction began in June 2024 and is scheduled for completion in March 2025, with production set to begin shortly thereafter. By 2028, we look forward to delivering our carefully crafted whisky, aged to perfection for three years, to you.

Our 1,500 sqft tasting room, located at The Mills, a notable revitalized landmark in Hong Kong, functions as a premier gathering place for spirit aficionados. Here, we offer specialized tasting sessions and extensive education on spirits, making it an ideal venue for learning and experiencing the world of distillation and spirit appreciation.

We’re revolutionizing the distillation landscape by seamlessly blending time-honored techniques with avant-garde technology. Our whiskey is born from an advanced mash filter, producing an exceptionally clean wort that sets the stage for a symphony of intricate flavors. Fermented in traditional Japanese wooden washbacks, our process imparts a nostalgic essence, enhancing the depth and complexity of each sip.
The crown jewel of our operations is a state-of-the-art European computer-controlled still, guaranteeing unparalleled precision at every distillation stage.
To further elevate our whisky, housing our Spain ex-sherry and Japan mizunara casks, the maturation warehouses utilize heat cycles, expediting the aging process and delivering a whisky that is both opulent and multifaceted.
